We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and always aim to make the entire experience as smooth and seamless as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Our office is open 8.30 till 5pm Monday to Thursdays and 8.30 to 4pm on Fridays to answer any questions or queries you may have by phone or email.

We visited touchstone to see the quality of their product and were delighted to find genuine bespoke double glazed panes which could even be treated to retain the ‘twinkly’ effect of our old glass. Once we’d chosen the windows they were handmade for our exact specifications. If all of that wasn’t good enough the team who came out to survey and ultimately fit the windows were fabulous , prompt , hard working and skilful. Leaving us each day completely clean and tidy.
